NorCal Bats is dedicated to the rescue, rehabilitation and release of bats throughout Northern California. This is a special opportunity to meet bats, learn about these animals and their role in insect control, and learn how you can help save these important mammals with education and rescue!

The Live Oak Library Annex (LOLA) is an extension of the resources that the Live Oak Branch Library provides to the Live Oak community. In collaboration with the Santa Cruz County Parks, LOLA primarily serves as a program space and quiet study area. It also provides access to study rooms and limited library services including a small collection of about 500 books for children and teens. The LOLA is located at the Simpkins Family Swim Center at 979 17th Ave., Santa Cruz, CA 95062.
