A four week class

I invite you to join me for The Spirituality of Aging, a 4-week journey of reflection, meditation, and soulful conversation.

Together, we will explore aging as a calling. You will harvest the medicine of your lived experience, and discover the elder you are becoming.

There comes a time in our lives when the questions change. The pace slows, the noise quiets, and
something deeper begins to call. This is the threshold of elderhood:a sacred season when aging
becomes not a diminishment, but a spiritual path of awakening, forgiveness, and profound wisdom.

Through teachings rooted in Zen, Indigenous teachings, elder sages, guided meditations, personal
reflection, and heartfelt sharing, you will step into elderhood not as a role, but as a way of being.
We will sit together, share conversation and explore what it means to age.
