Community-led Learning Bio: A resident of Felton, Liz Taylor-Selling has been promoting and teaching CERT for 18 years here, working with Felton Fire, the CERT Auxiliary of Santa Cruz County, and Mountain Community Resources. Tami Tracey has been a leader with SLVEN for over 10 years, helping to organize public meetings on preparedness topics, and maintaining the website with resources for community members. Current interest is MURS radio for neighborhoods. Tami resides in Felton.
