Join us for an author talk and Q & A with Linda Rosewood, author of A Circle Outside.
A Circle Outside (Edelweiss) is a subversive comedy of manners set in 1983 in a fledgling lesbian witch commune in the Northern California redwoods. The book draws on the ideas of feminist utopias, modern witchcraft, the alchemy of sex and psychedelics, and the dynamics of communal living, all with a humorous vibe as eight women try to create a utopia in a rundown farmhouse with big goals, little money, and no indoor bathroom.
