A discussion led by our friends at Bay Area Puma Project on mountain lions and bobcats in California. Learn about their biology, ecology, research, and living with lions!

The Bay Area Puma Project (BAPP) is a project of the Felidae Fund, a world class organization dedicated to research and education. BAPP's goal is to research the Bay Area's puma population and help the residents understand their natural neighbors. Together, we can build a safe world that protects our natural ecosystems.

About the branch

The Live Oak Library Annex (LOLA) is an extension of the resources that the Live Oak Branch Library provides to the Live Oak community. In collaboration with the Santa Cruz County Parks, LOLA primarily serves as a program space and quiet study area. It also provides access to study rooms and limited library services including a small collection of about 500 books for children and teens. The LOLA is located at the Simpkins Family Swim Center at 979 17th Ave., Santa Cruz, CA 95062.
