A Loving justice Week Event

United Against Hate Week has been reimagined by community partners to focus on Loving Justice. The week features events presented October 18-25, 2026.

The Loving Justice in Action Workshop includes activities, presentations, and opportunities to reflect on topics related to identity, accountability, and restorative justice practices. It invites participants to practice embodiment as a way of building stronger and more cohesive community connections. This workshop is designed for people that already have a baseline understanding of topics such as systemic oppression, intersectionality, and antiracism. It also encourages participants to come curious and open minded.

Loving Justice Week (October 18–25, 2026) is the culmination of ongoing conversations and an invitation to local partners to dedicate a week to cultivating the space for people to dig deeper and consider how to create a community where a strong love ethic and sense of justice prevails — that is, a community where we all live free, full, and well (bell hooks).

Participants will earn a raffle ticket for each event attended. The drawing will be at the Friday October 23 Loving Justice Celebration starting at 5 pm at the Resource Center for Nonviolence.
