About the instructor:
With over a decade of experience teaching breathwork and meditation since 2011, Harsha Golla brings a compassionate and practical approach to mindfulness. Harsha has been practicing meditation since 2011 and regularly leads group sessions at the Aptos Library in Santa Cruz. His approach focuses on helping people improve focus, create daily moments of solitude, and cultivate deep relaxation.
