In this workshop for teens we will explore how poetry can be a powerful tool for activism and social commentary. We will write about our visions for a better world, our criticisms and fears of the one we’re in, and our wisdom about how we get from the imperfect now to a more perfect future. No experience necessary.
This workshop series is a part of our Santa Cruz County Youth Poet Laureate Program, now through Spring 2026.
