This will be an introductory meditation series (3 workshops) covering basics such as breathing, focus, and relaxation - all in a seated chair posture.
You are welcome to attend any or all of the sessions based on your interest and availability. Explore the practice of asking questions to direct thoughts and improve mindfulness. No previous experience is needed and all are welcome. There will be time for questions following the meditation session.
Meditation workshops will be led by volunteers from the Vajrapani Institute.
