LFFA and LJPA Board Meeting

Combined board meeting for the Libraries Facilities Financing Authority (LFFA) and Library Joint Powers Authority (LJPA).

The Libraries Facilities Financing Authority (LFFA) oversees the financing for acquisitions, construction and improvements to Santa Cruz Public Libraries facilities through the formation of a community facilities district.

The Library Joint Powers Authority  (LJPA) Board oversees the operations of the Santa Cruz City County Library systems, setting policies and exercising responsibilities delegated to it in the Joint Powers Agreement.
