Join us for a special evening with author John Bargetto featuring a reading and conversation, followed by a curated wine tasting.

John Bargetto has dedicated his life to honoring and advancing the Bargetto family’s winemaking tradition, which began over 300 years ago in Castelnuovo Don Bosco in Italy’s Piemonte region. He will discuss his book, The Great Prohibition Caper: Bootlegging in Soquel, sharing stories that blend local history, family legacy, and cultural heritage.

Enjoy thoughtful discussion, community connection, and a welcoming atmosphere at the Library as we celebrate literature, culture, and shared experience. Registration required. Must be 21+.
