Join Carrie Staller from Fork in the Path for an interactive hour of hands-on fun exploring the fascinating world of mushrooms! Learn how to identify mushrooms, discover yummy edibles like chanterelles, morels, and porcini, and understand the difference between edible and poisonous varieties.  We will have some specimens to touch and smell, and you are welcome to bring in your own. This program is perfect for curious minds of all ages eager to learn about the natural world. 

About Fork in the Path:

Fork in the Path offers forest-to-table learning programs for the adventurous of all ages across Northern California. We believe learning to forage and eating seasonal wild food is transformational. It helps us become more connected, whole, healthy, and happy.

Friday November 20th 12-1pm at Branciforte Branch Library; then 3-4pm at Capitola Branch Library

Saturday November 21st 11am-12pm at Scotts Valley Branch Library
