Would you bet your life on the accuracy of your family tree? Join us and we will walk you through a way to verify those parts of your tree that are lacking documentation or just don’t seem right. We will not be talking about traditional research but using the web to do a quick, but hopefully accurate, gathering of ancestral data using a few trusted sites.

Robert Givens is a fifth-generation Arizonan who completed his first family group sheet at the age of ten, and has never stopped. Bob is a graduate of California State University, Fresno, with a BA in History and Geography, and a masters degree in School Administration. He is a retired educator who also served many years in Central Valley FamilySearch centers. Currently, Robert advises FamilySearch centers in Porterville and Merced, as well as conducting FamilySearch Center training.
