Good Life, Good Death Cafe

The Good Life, Good Death Cafe is a free, monthly community gathering led by local end-of-life educator and Doulagivers-trained death doula Jessica Lee, RN, CHPN.

Modeled after the international Death Cafe movement, this program offers a welcoming, respectful space for community members to engage in open conversations about aging, caregiving, end-of-life experiences, and living a meaningful life.

Through guided but informal discussion, participants will have the opportunity to reflect on life's transitions, share perspectives, ask questions, and explore what it means to live well with purpose and intention. By creating space for conversations that are often difficult to initiate, the program aims to foster understanding, reduce stigma surrounding death and dying, and encourage thoughtful reflection on how we wish to live.
