Author Visit and Workshop with Marcia Heinegg

Hear Marcia read from her book and participate in an informal writing workshop.

Local author and sojourner Marcia Heinegg joins us to share her newest book, a memoir called Journaling Through The Years. She will also lead participants in a writing activity after reading passages from the book and answering questions.

Marcia’s previous two works of travel writing include California to New Zealand the Long Way and An Immigrant’s Sojourn in The Land of The Long White Cloud. 

Copies of her book will be available for purchase and signing at the event. Light refreshments will be provided. Registration is recommended, and walk-ins are welcome.
