Maiya has attended over 200 college tours in the US and Canada and has guided and advised high school students from various socioeconomic and ethnic backgrounds. As a previous application reader for UC Irvine, Maiya is immersed in the college admission process. Maiya has a BA in Sociology from Brandeis University, a certificate in College Admissions and Career Planning from UC Berkeley, and an MA/ME in School Counseling from Columbia University. At PCS, 100% of high school graduates are accepted into college, and Maiya helps them get there.
